The Polaris RZR XP 1000 will happily run through the winter, but the people riding in it need some help. This cab heater works like a car heater: it draws hot coolant from the engine and blows warm air into the cab and onto the windshield. It mounts under the dash between the seats, out of the way of both driver and passenger, and wires into the RZR's own key-on and power terminals. At 14,600 BTU with adjustable temperature and fan speed, it fits the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000.

Ride All Winter Long
Because it taps engine coolant, you get steady heat as long as the engine runs. The unit sits under the dash between the seats, where nobody's legs hit it, and the install uses the machine's own key-on and power terminals, so wiring is simple. The kit includes hoses, drill bits and RZR-specific mounting plates.
Defrosts Your Windshield
Along with the two vents on the heater itself, you get two defrost vents and hoses to keep the windshield free of snow, ice and fog while you drive. The defrost vents are routed through the dash so they look like they came from the factory.
Built for the Temperature Swings
The radiator hoses are rated from -40°F to 285°F. No matter how hot the engine runs or how cold it is outside, the heater and its parts can handle it.
Faster Heat: Quick-Start Flow Valve
The optional Quick-Start Flow Valve reduces warm-up time by half. It sends all engine coolant to the heater core while the engine is cold, then opens automatically as the engine warms up to send coolant to the radiator and keep normal operating temperatures.
Heat at Idle: Idle Flow Pump
The optional Idle Flow Pump gets hot air flowing in about 30 seconds by keeping coolant moving quickly through the system, so the heater stays warm when you're going slow or idling. Each upgrade is its own option, so add one, both or neither.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This heater suits winter trail riders and hunters who want a compact, out-of-the-way unit. It's not compatible with a machine that has a speaker under the glove box. Get the most heat by sealing the cab with a roof, front and rear windshields from RZR XP 1000 windshields and RZR XP 1000 roof tops. 4-seat owners: RZR XP 4 1000 interior accessories. Need more heat? The 20,000 BTU in-dash heater is listed in RZR XP 1000 interior accessories.
