Winter riding on a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S gets a lot more fun when the cab is warm. This Under-Dash Cab Heater works like the heater in your truck: it pulls heat from the engine's coolant lines and blows it into the cab. It mounts low between the seats, clear of both driver and passenger, and wires into the Turbo S's own key-on and power terminals so the electrical side is simple.

Turbo S-Specific Kit
This isn't a universal heater with a bag of zip ties. It comes with mounting plates made for the Turbo S, the hoses, and even the drill bits you'll need. Power comes from the machine's own key-on and power terminals, so the heater turns on and off with the key and there's no guesswork in the wiring.
Defrost Vents That Look Factory
Besides the two vents on the unit, the kit adds two defrost vents and hoses routed through the dash. They keep snow, ice and fog off the windshield while you drive and blend in like original equipment.
Hoses Rated for the Extremes
The radiator hoses are rated from -40°F to 285°F, so they won't crack on a frozen morning or soften from a hot engine. Use the built-in shutoff valve to take the heater out of the loop in summer.
Faster Heat Options
The Idle Flow Pump keeps coolant circulating at idle and slow speeds so you get hot air in about 30 seconds. The Quick-Start Flow Valve routes coolant to the heater core first while the engine warms up. Choose either one, or both, at checkout.
Fitment Notes
- Not compatible with machines that have a speaker under the glove box
What's in the Box
- Under-dash heater unit with temperature and fan controls
- Turbo S mounting plates and hardware
- Defrost vents and hoses, radiator hoses and clamps
- Drill bits and instructions
- Flow valve and/or idle pump, if selected
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
A solid choice for riders who want strong heat at a lower price than the in-dash unit and don't mind the heater living below the dash. Seal the cab to get the most from it with doors from RZR Turbo S doors and front and rear glass or poly from RZR Turbo S windshields.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |
|---|---|---|
| 2018+ | Polaris | RZR XP Turbo S |
| 2019+ | Polaris | RZR XP 4 Turbo S |
Note: Not compatible with machine with a speaker under the glove box.
Installation Notes
Mount the plates and heater, splice the hoses into the coolant lines, run the defrost hoses through the dash and connect to the key-on terminal. Bleed the system and check for leaks. Separate sheets cover the flow valve and idle pump.
