Bigger tires, rough terrain and plain wear all take a toll on the stock steering linkage. This heavy-duty tie rod kit for the Polaris RZR XP 900 and XP 4 900 replaces the factory rods with a complete assembly, in a lightweight swaged version for stock height or a black steel version for machines with a 3" lift kit.
Highlights
- Complete tie rod assembly
- Oversized 4130 chromoly tie rod ends with a larger bearing surface
- Misalignment bushings
- Stock length (silver swaged tube) or 3" lift (black steel tube)
- Heat treated for strength and durability
Which Version Do You Need?
- 0" (stock height): silver swaged tube, lightweight and tough
- 3" lift: black steel tube sized for lifted machines
Built Bigger Where It Matters
The oversized chromoly ends give more bearing area than stock, which spreads the load and resists wear, so the steering stays tight longer.
