The tie rods on a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S take every rock, rut and hard landing that comes through the front wheels, and the stock ones are often the first steering part to bend or let go. This Heavy-Duty Tie Rod Kit replaces them knuckle to knuckle with swaged chromoly tubes and hardened chromoly monoball ends, so the steering stays straight and tight no matter how you ride.
Highlights
- Swaged tubes made from 4142 chromoly steel alloy
- Hardened 4130 chromoly monoball tie rod ends
- Complete, stock-length tie rod assembly
- Toe adjusts on the vehicle without disassembly
- Includes boots, bolts, inner knuckles and zip ties
- Tie rod tubes carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty
Why Swaged Chromoly Tubes
A straight tube is only as strong as its thinnest point. Swaging shapes the tube so it resists bending and shearing much better than a standard straight rod. Made from 4142 chromoly alloy, these tubes stand up to the kind of side loads that fold a stock tie rod when a tire catches a rock.
Stronger Ends Where It Counts
The ends are where most tie rods fail. This kit uses a monoball design built from hardened 4130 chromoly steel, so the joint resists wear and breakage better than stock and keeps play out of the steering longer.
Ride With Confidence
With strength from knuckle to knuckle, you can attack bumps, boulders and ditches without worrying about what's going on behind the wheel. That matters most on a fast machine like the Turbo S, where a broken tie rod means a long walk or a tow.
When to Replace Tie Rods
- A tie rod is visibly bent, or the steering wheel sits off center
- Clunking or free play at the wheels when you rock the steering
- Torn boots on the inner or outer ends
- Uneven tire wear from toe that won't stay set
What's in the Box
- Two complete swaged chromoly tie rod assemblies with monoball ends
- Inner knuckles, boots, bolts and zip ties
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For Turbo S owners replacing bent stock rods or getting ahead of failures before a big trip. For a full steering refresh, pair it with a RackBoss 2.0 rack from RZR Turbo S steering parts and ball joints from RZR Turbo S A-arms.

Installation Notes
Everything comes in the box, from boots to bolts. Count the turns as you remove the old tie rods to get close on toe, install the new assemblies, then set toe precisely. A front-end alignment check afterward is always a good idea.
