Polaris RZR XP Turbo & XP 4 Turbo Heavy-Duty Tie Rod End Replacement Kit, 4130 Chromoly Monoball

Already running heavy-duty tie rods on your Polaris RZR XP Turbo? This replacement kit lets you swap out worn ends instead of buying a whole new tie rod assembly. Each end uses a monoball bearing pressed into the housing and secured with a circlip, built from high-strength 4130 chromoly with a precision blend of materials and heat treatment to last longer and work harder than an OEM end. It has M14x1.5 left-hand threads and works with the 15-15/16" heavy-duty tie rod bars in stock width, long travel and Z-Bend styles. It fits the 2016-2021 XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo.

Measure Before You Order

This end is designed for the 15-15/16" rod bars. Earlier heavy-duty tie rod bars were made for factory-style ends, which are a different length. Measure your bar first. If it isn't 15-15/16", you'll need a complete tie rod assembly instead.

Will Not Work with Stock Tie Rods

This kit is a replacement end for the heavy-duty tie rods only. It will not thread onto factory tie rods.

Signs Your Tie Rod Ends Are Worn

Play in the steering, wandering at speed, clunks over bumps or uneven tire wear can all point to worn tie rod ends. Grab the tire at 3 and 9 o'clock and rock it; any knock you feel at the end needs attention.

Installation Notes

Count the turns as you remove the old end and match them on the new one to keep toe close, then have the alignment checked.
