Stock tie rods on a Polaris RZR XP 1000 are one of the first things to bend when big tires meet rocks, and a bent tie rod throws your toe out and your steering off center. This heavy-duty swaged tie rod kit is a stock-length replacement built to be used and abused: nearly 1" diameter swaged steel bars, 4130 chromoly monoball tie rod ends, chromoly inner ball and sockets, and toe that adjusts right on the machine. It fits the XP 1000, XP 4 1000, High Lifter and Trails & Rocks editions.
Highlights
- Stock-length replacement
- Nearly 1" diameter heavy-duty swaged steel tie rods
- Hardened steel monoball tie rod ends with chromoly bushings
- M14 x 1.5 threads
- Toe adjusts easily without disassembly
- Works with the OEM rack or the RackBoss 2.0 rack and pinion
Better Than Stock
When you're putting the pedal down, you want full control of the machine. These tie rods are stronger than stock and built to handle rough trails, big tires and a lead foot, giving you serious strength without adding a lot of extra weight.
4130 Chromoly Tie Rod Ends
Tie rod ends are usually the first thing to break when something goes wrong, so these get chromoly steel bushings and monoball bearings. Chromoly is tough enough for full-send riding, and the monoball bearings are very durable and low-maintenance. You won't find that kind of durability on stock ends.
A More Durable Swaged Design
The swaged shaft flares out, which makes the already tough bars highly resistant to bending and gives them strength they wouldn't have as a straight tube.
Easy Installation and Toe Adjustment
All the boots, zip ties, bushings and tie rod studs you need come in the kit, so you're back on the trail instead of fiddling in the garage. If your alignment gets a little wonky, you can adjust toe on the go without removing any parts.
Choose Your Kit
Select your model (Standard, High Lifter Edition, or Trails and Rocks Edition) and your year range. Standard models come in 2014-2018 and 2019-2023 versions; High Lifter is 2015-2023 and Trails and Rocks is 2017-2023.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This kit is for RZR owners who keep bending stock tie rods, run bigger tires, or want a stronger front end at stock width. If you're upgrading the rack too, see the RackBoss 2.0 rack and pinion in RZR XP 1000 steering parts (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 steering parts). Replacement chromoly ends for this kit are sold separately for when they eventually wear. Add ball joints from RZR XP 1000 suspension parts for a complete front-end refresh.
