A hard hit that bends an A-arm can end a ride miles from the truck. These high-clearance A-arms for the 2026+ Polaris RZR XP S and XP S 4 are built to take a beating, and they move the front wheels 1.5" forward. That longer wheelbase adds stability and makes room for bigger tires without a lift kit, while the high-clearance bend helps the front end slide over obstacles that would snag the stock arms.
Highlights
- 1.5" forward offset for improved stability and tire clearance
- High-clearance bend adds ground clearance over stock arms
- Makes room for larger tires without a lift kit
- Heavy-duty steel tubing, much stronger than stock
- Adjustable pivot blocks on the lower arms for full camber adjustment
- Chromoly ball joint housings
- Includes steering stops
- UV-resistant powder coat finish
- Choice of four pre-installed ball joints, or reuse your own
- Lifetime A-arm warranty
Bigger Tires Without a Lift
The usual problem with oversized tires is rubbing at full lock and full compression. Moving the wheel forward 1.5" gives the tire more room in the wheel well, so you can step up in tire size without lifting the machine and raising its center of gravity. The longer wheelbase also calms the front end at speed and on climbs.
Clearance That Keeps You Moving
The bent design raises the lowest point of the A-arm, so stumps, rocks and ledges are less likely to catch the suspension. Combined with taller tires, the difference in ground clearance is noticeable on technical trails.
Fully Adjustable, Ready to Bolt On
These arms ship set to stock specs, so there is no adjustment needed to get rolling. If you change tire size or ride height later, the pivot blocks let you fine-tune camber to keep tire wear even.
Pick Your Ball Joints
Pressing ball joints is slow, messy work, so the picker lets you have new joints installed before the arms ship, with no labor charge. Choose "I will do the work myself and reuse existing" to get the arms alone; you will then need to move your stock joints over.
- Standard Duty - zinc-plated hardened chromoly stud and housing. An affordable choice that matches or beats stock strength.
- Heavy-Duty 4340 Chromoly Steel - a hardened 4340 VAR steel stud, zinc plated, with an accessible grease zerk and adjustable design. Tested to handle roughly twice the pressure of an OEM joint.
- Super Duty 300M - built from 300M grade steel with a grease zerk and an adjustable steel-on-steel design, 2.25 times stronger than stock. A smart choice with heavy tires.
- Keller Performance - threads onto the arm in two pieces, with no snap ring to fail, so it is virtually impossible to pull out. Chromoly stud, tool-steel body, greaseable and rebuildable, aimed at the biggest tires and hardest riding.
Planning a Bigger-Tire Build
- Check the fitment notes: stock wheels need 1" spacers with these arms
- Order new bushings with the arms, since none are included
- Pick a ball joint grade that matches your tire size and riding style; heavier tires favor the Super Duty or Keller joints
- Upgrade axles if you ride hard on taller tires, because the extra leverage loads the CV joints
- Plan an alignment after the install to set camber and toe
Why a Longer Wheelbase Helps
Moving the front wheels forward spreads the distance between the axles. On fast trails that means less twitchiness and a steadier feel over whoops. On steep climbs, the front tires sit farther ahead of the machine's weight, which helps keep the nose planted. And because the tire moves away from the rear of the wheel well, there is less chance of rubbing the plastics or frame when the suspension compresses at full steering lock.
Strong Arms for Hard Riding
These arms are made for machines that get used hard. Heavy-wall tubing, chromoly ball joint housings and a UV-resistant powder coat give them the toughness to survive rock strikes and the finish to keep looking good season after season.
Lifetime Warranty
The A-arms are backed by a lifetime warranty, so you can ride hard knowing the arms themselves are covered.
What's in the Box
- Upper and lower front A-arms, 1.5" forward offset
- Steering stops
- Pre-installed ball joints, if selected
- Bushings are not included
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For RZR XP S and XP S 4 owners planning a bigger-tire build. Bigger tires put more load on the drivetrain, so look at heavy-duty axles, add new UHMW A-arm bushings since none are included, and see the stock-offset version in 2026+ RZR XP S suspension parts.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |
|---|---|---|
| 2026+ | Polaris | RZR XP S |
| 2026+ | Polaris | RZR XP S 4 |
Note: If you’re running stock wheels, 1" wheel spacers are required.
Installation Notes
If you are running stock wheels, 1" wheel spacers are required with these arms. Bushings are not included. If you reuse your stock ball joints, they must be pressed into the new arms. Have the alignment checked after installation. Instructions are linked below.
