On a 2026+ Polaris RZR XP S, the lower A-arms are the lowest, most exposed part of the front suspension, and they are what snags first on rocks, stumps and ruts. These high-clearance A-arms keep the factory offset and geometry but use a bent design that lifts the arms 7/8" higher than stock, so the machine glides over obstacles that used to stop it. Heavier tubing makes them far stronger than the factory parts, too.
Highlights
- Stock offset keeps factory steering feel and suspension travel
- Bent high-clearance design adds 7/8" of ground clearance over stock arms
- Heavy-duty 1.42" (36 mm) tubing
- Adjustable pivot blocks on the lower arms for full camber adjustment
- Chromoly ball joint housings for added strength
- UV-resistant powder coat finish
- Choice of four pre-installed ball joints, or reuse your own
- Vehicle-specific, easy installation
- Lifetime A-arm warranty
More Clearance Where It Counts
Trails are full of things to hang up on: hidden stumps, logs across the path, ledges and rocks. A stock A-arm hangs low and flat, and when it catches, it either stops the machine or bends. The high-clearance bend raises the arm's lowest point by 7/8", which is often the difference between sliding over an obstacle and stopping to winch or back up.
Factory Geometry, Stronger Build
Because these arms use the stock offset, the wheelbase, steering response and suspension travel stay the same as the factory setup. What changes is strength. The 1.42" tubing is built for riders who don't baby their machines, and the chromoly ball joint housings hold up to repeated hits. A UV-resistant powder coat protects them from the weather and keeps them looking sharp.
Adjustable Camber, Set to Stock Out of the Box
The lower arms have adjustable pivot blocks. They ship set to stock specs, so you can bolt them on and ride. If you later add bigger tires or a lift, you can dial camber back in to keep the tires wearing evenly and the steering predictable.
Choosing Pre-Installed Ball Joints
The ball joint picker sets the price. If you choose "I will do the work myself and reuse existing," you get the arms only and must press your stock ball joints into the new arms. Any other choice arrives with new ball joints already installed at no extra labor charge.
- Standard Duty: hardened chromoly steel studs and housings with zinc plating. As strong as or stronger than stock, at a lower price than OEM replacements.
- Heavy-Duty 4340 Chromoly Steel: hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating, an easy-to-reach grease zerk and an adjustable design. Lab and field testing show it withstands about double the pressure of an OEM joint, which suits jumps, hill climbs and bigger tires.
- Super Duty 300M: 300M grade steel, the strongest ball joint material available, with a grease zerk and adjustable steel-on-steel design. Rated at 2.25 times stronger than stock.
- Keller Performance: a two-piece design that threads onto the A-arm like a nut and bolt, so there is no snap ring and it is virtually impossible to pull out. Chromoly steel stud, tool-steel body, greaseable and rebuildable. Made for bigger machines, bigger tires and harder rides.
Stock Offset or Forward Offset?
- Stock offset (these arms): keeps the factory wheelbase and steering feel, ideal if you are happy with your tire size and simply want clearance and strength
- 1.5" forward offset: lengthens the wheelbase and makes room for bigger tires, but changes the feel of the front end and may need wheel spacers on stock wheels
If you plan to stay on stock-size or slightly larger tires, the stock-offset arm is the simpler, cleaner upgrade.
Signs It's Time for New A-Arms
- Visible bends or creases in the lower arm after a hit
- Uneven tire wear or a machine that pulls to one side
- Scraped, flattened tubing from dragging over rocks
- Worn ball joints or bushings, which you will be replacing anyway
Where These Arms Shine
Rocky desert washes, root-filled woods trails and rutted two-tracks are where the extra clearance pays off most. Every time the front end clears a rock instead of grinding over it, you save the arm, the skid plate and your momentum.
Backed by a Lifetime Warranty
The A-arms themselves carry a lifetime warranty, which says a lot about how they are built. The warranty covers the arms; ball joints are wear items.
What's in the Box
- Upper and lower front A-arms with adjustable pivot blocks
- Pre-installed ball joints, if selected
- Bushings are not included
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For RZR XP S and XP S 4 owners who keep catching the front end on rocks and stumps but want to keep stock handling. These arms do not include bushings, so add a set of UHMW A-arm bushings while the suspension is apart. If you want room for bigger tires, compare the 1.5" forward offset version in 2026+ RZR XP S suspension parts, and consider heavy-duty axles for tougher riding.

Installation Notes
Installation is straightforward with basic hand tools and a jack or lift. Remember that bushings are not included, and if you choose to reuse your stock ball joints you will need to press them out of the old arms and into the new ones. Have the alignment checked after installation. Instructions are linked below.
