Hard wheeling in a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S puts enough force on the ball joints to push them right past the factory snap ring. Todd Keller designed his two-piece ball joint to get rid of the snap ring entirely. Keller Ball Joints thread together through the A-arm, use hardened chromoly housings and studs, and are greaseable and adjustable, so broken ball joints stop being part of your weekend.
Highlights
- 4340 hardened chromoly steel construction
- Two-piece threaded design with no snap ring
- Adjustable, rebuildable and greaseable
- Robust boot retaining ring keeps water out
- Fits stock-size A-arm bores
- Sold as 1, 2 or 4 ball joints
Why No Snap Ring Matters
A pressed-in ball joint is only held by a thin snap ring. Land hard or catch a rock, and the joint can shove past it and separate. The Keller design presses into one side of the A-arm and threads on from the other, like a nut and bolt, making it virtually impossible to pop out on the trail.
Durability That Sets the Bar
Hardened chromoly housings and studs make these joints extremely tough. Grease fittings let you flush out water and grit, and adjustability lets you take up wear so they operate like new for their whole life.
Made for Going Bigger
Lift kits, bigger tires and wilder riding all add load at the ball joints. Keller joints handle that extra weight and abuse without the weak link of a snap ring, so they're a smart upgrade any time you change the suspension or tire size.
Signs Your Ball Joints Are Worn
- Clunking from the front when you hit bumps
- Play when you rock a lifted tire top to bottom
- Torn boots or rust streaks at the joint
What's in the Box
- Keller ball joint(s) in your chosen quantity: 1, 2 or 4

Installation Notes
Remove the old joint, press the Keller joint into the A-arm, thread and torque the back housing, and grease. A ball joint press makes the job much easier.
