Stock ball joints on a Polaris RZR XP Turbo rely on a thin snap ring and a necked-down stud, and big tires and jumps find those weak spots fast. Mega Keller Ball Joints are the biggest, toughest version of the threaded Keller design, with maximized housings that make room for the largest ball and stud available, barely necked down at all. They're the ultimate ball joint for riders who go big and break everything.

The Threaded Two-Piece Design
Keller ball joints were the first threaded ball joint on the market. The joint presses into the A-arm, then the housing threads onto it like a bolt and nut, making it nearly impossible to pull out. There's no snap ring to fail.
Requires A-Arm Modification
Mega ball joints are so large that your A-arms must be modified to fit them. Plan for that work before ordering, or choose the standard Keller ball joints, which don't need modification.
For the Biggest Builds
Lifted Turbos on massive tires that see jumps and hard hits put huge loads through the ball joints. Bigger components and no snap ring mean your weekends stop getting cut short by a broken joint.
Easy to Keep Running
Being adjustable and greaseable, they can be kept smooth and tight for years, and they can be rebuilt instead of replaced.
Why Snap Rings Fail
A standard ball joint is held in the arm by a snap ring. Under hard landings and side loads, the ring can pop or the stud can snap at its narrow neck, and the wheel folds under. Mega Kellers remove both problems: there's no ring, and the stud stays thick where it matters.
Tool Steel Housings
The oversized housings are made from durable tool steel, giving the big chromoly stud a strong home.
