A Polaris RZR XP Turbo S with a roof, doors and windshield blocks the wind, but on a frosty morning the cab is still a cold box until something puts heat into it. This In-Dash Cab Heater does exactly that. It taps the engine's hot coolant like a car heater, blows that heat through the cab with an adjustable fan, and sits inside the dash, so it's out of everyone's knees and looks like it came from the factory.
Highlights
- Recessed in the dash for a clean, factory-style look
- Up to 20,000 BTU at 135 CFM
- Adjustable fan speeds and 360-degree adjustable vents
- Defrost hoses and vents included for the windshield
- Built-in shutoff valve
- Low draw: 5.2 amps at 13.6 volts
- IP67 rated against dust and water
- High-grade radiator hoses rated from -40°F to 285°F
- Optional Quick-Start Flow Valve and Idle Flow Pump
Heat That Lasts as Long as the Engine Runs
Because the heater draws its warmth from engine coolant, it doesn't need a big electrical load to make heat. The fan is the only thing pulling power, and at 5.2 amps it won't strain the charging system. As long as the engine is running, the cab stays warm, whether you're crossing a frozen lake to the ice shack, checking stands on a late-season hunt or pushing snow out of the driveway.
A Clear Windshield Without the Scraper
Nobody wants to chip frost off the glass with numb fingers. The kit comes with dedicated defrost vents and hoses so warm air goes right where it's needed. Point the heat at the windshield while you sit in the seat, and the frost and fog clear on their own.
Built for Hot Engines and Bitter Mornings
The included radiator hose is rated from -40°F all the way to 285°F, so it stays flexible on the coldest day and holds up next to a hot turbo engine. The IP67 rating means mud, washdowns and wet rides won't knock the blower out, and the shutoff valve lets you take the heater out of the coolant loop during the hot months.
Quick-Start Flow Valve (Optional)
With a cold engine, the coolant takes its time reaching the heater. The Quick-Start Flow Valve sends all of the coolant straight to the heater core while the engine is cold, cutting warm-up time roughly in half. As the engine comes up to temperature, the valve opens automatically and lets coolant flow through the radiator as usual.
Idle Flow Pump (Optional)
At idle or crawling speeds, coolant flow drops and so does the heat. The Idle Flow Pump keeps coolant moving so the heater blows hot air in under 30 seconds, even when you're barely moving. Add both the valve and the pump for the fastest, strongest heat during slow, stop-and-go riding.
| Add-on | What it does |
|---|---|
| Quick-Start Flow Valve | Diverts coolant to the heater core while the engine is cold; heat about twice as fast |
| Idle Flow Pump | Actively pumps coolant at idle; hot air in under 30 seconds |

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For Turbo S owners who ride, hunt or plow when it's cold and want real heat in the cab. A heater works best in a closed cab: pair it with a front windshield from RZR Turbo S windshields, doors from RZR Turbo S doors and a top from RZR Turbo S roofs. Prefer an under-dash unit? Compare it with the under-dash cab heater in RZR Turbo S interior accessories.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |

Installation Notes
Everything needed is in the box, including hose pliers, so you won't lose a day hunting for parts. You'll mount the unit in the dash, splice into the coolant lines, run the defrost hoses and connect power. Bleed the cooling system and top off coolant before riding. The flow valve has its own instruction sheet.
