The General is the crossover machine of the Polaris lineup, and with a plow on the front it becomes a legit winter tool. This kit bundles the Denali MA11706T-GEN mount plate, Denali pushtubes and your blade of choice for every 2016-2027 General model. Once the mount is on, the blade attaches with pins and comes off just as fast.
Why General Owners Choose Denali
- Covers every General from 2016 through 2027 per Moto Alliance fitment, including the 1000 and XP trims.
- 1/4 in. laser-cut steel mount plate with welded side walls that will not twist when you hit a frozen windrow.
- Pick a lighter 60 in. straight blade for tight paths, or a 72 in. PRO curved blade for long driveways.
- Ten angle positions handle everything from straight pushes to windrowing snow off a sidewalk edge.
- Replaceable 7-gauge wear bar takes the scraping so the blade face lasts for seasons.
Choosing Your Blade
- Straight HD blade (60, 66 or 72 in., black): one-piece 11-gauge steel face with a 19 in. scoop. Kit adds $0 / $50 / $100 as you go wider.
- PRO curved blade (66 or 72 in., black, red or yellow): one-piece 12-gauge steel with tapered ends that throw snow off to the side like a DOT truck plow. PRO kits add a rubber snow flap and plow marker flags.
- Rule of thumb: pick a blade at least as wide as your machine is track-to-track, so you are not driving over the edge of every pass.
Plowing Tips for General Owners
- Start with the blade angled 25 degrees on the first pass down a driveway, then push the windrow off the edge on the way back.
- On gravel, raise the skid feet a notch so the wear bar rides on top of the stones instead of digging them into the yard.
- Keep a little tension on the winch rope when the blade is down; a slack rope can wrap the drum unevenly.
Denali Plow Specifications
- Blade scoop: 19 in. with a 65-degree attack angle and over-center design so snow rolls up and is thrown forward
- Four full-height 7-gauge ribs plus three 7-gauge horizontal stabilizers at the deepest point of the blade
- Replaceable 7-gauge steel wear bar and height/angle adjustable skid feet
- Pushtubes: impact-resistant reinforced pivot with two extra support bars and a structural tube steel cross bar
- Manual angle: 0, 12.5 or 25 degrees left or right; 13.5 in. center-to-center plow mount tabs
- Mount plate: laser-cut 1/4 in. steel, fully welded, with slotted holes that let the blade follow the ground
- Winch required to raise and lower the blade (not included)
